Biography:
Haya Mohamed Yousef Al-Mana has over a decade of professional experience spanning various domains, including administration, human resources, procurement, communication, public relations, marketing, finance, and business development.
In her most recent role as Senior Consultant to the President at the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau, Haya spearheaded the design and implementation of capacity-building initiatives for civil servants. She led the integration of a competency-based employee performance management system, fostering a culture of governmental excellence.
Prior to this, as the Group Chief Administration Officer of Qatar Insurance Group, Haya orchestrated transformational projects, resulting in substantial cost efficiencies, digitalization, and enhanced organizational agility and resilience amidst crises. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in a highly successful IPO launch, setting new benchmarks in stock market performance.
Before her tenure at Qatar Insurance Group, Haya held pivotal roles in Talent Management at Aspire/Aspetar and Qatar Foundation headquarters. In these capacities, she led multifaceted HR programs, performance management initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and organizational culture cultivation efforts.
Haya holds an Executive Master’s degree in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris in Qatar, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Qatar University.
